Rachael Sparwasser

Rachael Sparwasser focuses her practice on commercial litigation and wealth transfer planning for individuals with taxable estates, as well as federal and state tax planning for corporate and business transactions. Rachael was named a "Rising Star" by Washington Law and Politics magazine in 2005 and 2006, a designation reserved for fewer than 2% of all licensed attorneys in the State of Washington who have been in practice for not more than ten years. In her litigation practice, she is experienced in complex commercial litigation and strategy. In her business practice, she has experience in entity formation, structuring partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, business agreements, trust formation, and complex wealth transfer techniques. Rachael also has extensive experience in the area of construction subcontracts. Rachael is licensed to practice law in Washington, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Rachael received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puget Sound in 1998 and her law degree (J.D.) from the University of Washington School of Law in 2001. She has also pursued her L.L.M. degree in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
