Tristen U. Key is a litigator who focuses her practice on family law, criminal law, wills and estate planning and general civil litigation. Mrs. Key has been in practice since 2004. In 2002, Mrs. Key served as an Extern for the Honorable Tom Chambers, Justice, Washington State Supreme Court. Mrs. Key has extensive experience in complex dissolutions and custody litigation. For ten-years prior to law school, Mrs. Key was a social worker and legal advocate, specializing in domestic violence and sexual assault, at a non-profit agency, public defender’s office and prosecutor’s office. She brings these years of knowledge and skills to her daily practice of law.

Experience
Mrs. Key is active in her community and served as a Commissioner for the Seattle Human Rights Commission, Board of Director for the Asian Pacific Islander Women and Family Safety Center and Trainer for the Washington Criminal Justice Training Commission. Mrs. Key was active during law school and served on the Moot Court Board and Seattle Journal for Social Justice, as well as receiving the CALI Award for the highest Legal Writing II grade in her class.
