Athena Makratzakis Dickerson focuses her practice on business and real property transactions and litigation. Ms. Dickerson has been in practice since 2001. In 1997, Ms. Dickerson served as a legislative intern to Congressman Rick White (R, Washington) in Washington D.C. In her real property practice, she is experienced in drafting and negotiating leases, drafting and reviewing purchase and sales agreements and representing both buyers and sellers in commercial transactions and litigation. In her business practice, Ms. Dickerson has experience with business formation and contract review. Ms. Dickerson also has the unique opportunity to use her background to assist clients in the hospitality industry and clients who need Greek speaking counsel.

Education
Ms. Dickerson received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington in 1998 and her Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Seattle University School of Law in 2001.
